Digital downloads

If you're not happy with a download, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

Drives and printed editions

Return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Contact us first so we can send you the return address. If your order arrived damaged or doesn't work, we pay return shipping or send a replacement, your choice.

Reservations and pre-orders

If we can't ship by the date we gave you, we'll email you a new date before it passes, and you can cancel for a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 7 working days of approval.
